Cult Japanese label SUICOKE has teamed up with Milanese mens and womenswear imprint ALANUI for its first collaboration of the year, releasing its Zavo mule in three unique offerings.
For ALANUI’s Pre-Fall/Winter 2020 collection, inspiration is drawn from mystery and nature, delivering elevated basics that reference traditional Americana, folklore and the luxuriously comfortable nature of authentic materials such as Alpaca and Camel wool, textured Aran knits and worn-in denim.
Much like its clothing collection, the collaborative SUICOKE Zavos are elevated from the pair you’d wear around the house into a luxe, cozy all-year-round style point. The mule comes in three unique offerings — patchwork, leopard pony skin and suede — with each pair being finished with a decorative selection of beads and fringes, tapping the aforementioned Native American influences.
All three pairs sit atop SUICOKE’s signature black cushioned sole unit and are equipped with its equally iconic strap. Rounding off the silhouette is a dual-branded tag on the upper-medial side of each foot.
